How are items in my box selected?
Your BiciBox is built for you using the information provided by you in your profile and our proprietary AI
algorithm.
We want our customers to be outfitted in the best brands and best styles, and we will continue to evolve our
algorithm to ensure just that!
How often does my BiciBox arrive?
Currently, we offer monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual subscriptions.
All subscriptions are pay-as-you go, however, and can be canceled at any time without penalty.
What is pricing like?
There’s a plan for nearly every budget!
Whether you choose a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual subscription, each BiciBox will cost a $25 boxing fee.
That boxing fee, however, can be applied to any item(s) you choose to purchase from your BiciBox.
As an added perk for our monthly subscribers, every twelve months, you will received a bonus BiciBox which
will have the $25 boxing fee waived - but you’ll still get the credit for it if you choose to purchase
anything!
Can I update my profile whenever I want?
Yes of course! As your tastes, style, or riding preference changes, you can update your profile in any way you
wish.
How long do I have to try on the items in my BiciBox?
You have three business days to try on your gear. If your prepaid return bag isn’t shipped by the fourth business day, we will assume you intend
to purchase everything in your BiciBox.
